So the 1 of June 2012 is going great food wise. My period came today, bleh, so I’m super bloated.
B: 1 1/2 Kashi Go Lean, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 sliced banana & 1 cup skim milk (forgot to pack the almond milk) so I had to buy some at work
S: Apple & string cheese
L: Turkey sandwich with mustard & Amy’s white cheddar bunnies
I’m going to have a salad for dinner. I’m trying to keep the diet light. Scales arm fluctuating between 144.8-145 whatever
Workout will be a Tone It Up video & yoga no running today, I’m super campy :(
